A three-step Ananda-X reflection for acknowledging growth, remembering support and encouraging someone else.
The idea
Growth becomes healthier when achievement is joined with gratitude. You can recognise sincere effort without turning success into comparison or self-importance.
A simple three-step practice
1. Notice the growth
Name one specific way you have improved. Keep it factual: what changed, what helped and what you learned.
2. Thank the support
Remember the people, circumstances, teachings and opportunities that made the progress possible.
3. Share encouragement
Use your progress to strengthen someone else. Offer appreciation, assistance or a lesson that may help them.
Reflection question
Who or what made today’s progress possible?
Use this today
Use this after completing a project, receiving praise, reaching a milestone or noticing a meaningful personal change.
